Under UK consumer law, you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a refund.

1. Eligibility

Refunds apply if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • You request within 14 days

  • You provide proof of purchase

  3. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–10 days

3. Exceptions

We cannot refund:

  • Items damaged by the customer
